Helpdesk

Hi guys,

I enabled Interval-Alarm Mode and added 5min to Interval Off-TimeInterval. Left Interval On-TimeInterval On-Time with 0.

Did this in RPI 4, with your image and using 1.8 GUI.

After that, the system boots up correctly and goes up to login user for a couple of seconds and then it shuts down. After a while (15s) it goes up again... This goes on forever...

Flashed again with 1.8 successfully but the problem persists!

Hi Lennydelesi,

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. I’m sorry for the trouble - it does appear to be a bug in the firmware.

I’m already working on a fix and expect to have an updated firmware build ready by tomorrow. I’ll notify you here as soon as it’s available so you can install it right away.

Best regards

The new firmware version is now available. In order to set the interval timer to 0, a small change to the config script was also necessary.

You can now download the new firmware V1.81 and the updated script directory in our download section.

Best regards
