Can you please confirm that the POE header is only pass through, because the 4 pins connector is broken ?as shown in the attached picture below ?

Does it influence the good working of the strompi , because i'm not able to update the firmware (from 1.2 to 1.7 or 1.8)

Hello Laurent,

the POE header is indeed only pass through. The broken header should not affect the function of the StromPi.

Please make sure, that there is no script running in the background, that is using the serial interface. And try restarting your StromPi by removing all power supplies and the CAP-Jumper for a few seconds.
