After I have configured the strompi in serialless mode, it is impossible to read the status or launch the configuration GUI. Is it possible to revert to a configuration in Serial mode?

you can use the Stop_Serialless.py script to disable the serialless mode and reactivate the serial interface of the microcontroller (Alternatively, you can disconnect all power sources and remove the CAP jumper for a few seconds).
