hello , i am using strompi3 with joy-it battery , i followed your manual on how to install and use the strompi features. I used "sudo minicom -D /dev/serial0 -b 38400" to acces strompi console but i can't type in the sspc command cause i have these two line showing in an undless loop :
xxxShutdownRaspberryPixxx
xxx--StromPiPowerBack--xxx
i tried to reboot but now it is blocked on endless loop and the only way to start it up again is to remove strompi and batterie
can you help me with this issue? i tried the recovery mode for raspberry and installing everything again but i always face the same issue.

because you see the messages xxxShutdownRaspberryPixxx and xxx-StromPiPowerBack-xxx, the serial communication seems to work in general.
To provide more specific assistance I need some more information about your setup. Which power supplies do you use? If WIDE is used, what kind of DC power supply is connected to the WIDE Terminal?
Without this information, I would recommend you to reinstall the firmware on the StromPi 3 according to the manual. Afterwards I recommend testing the StromPi 3 only with mUSB connected. If the test is successful, you can connect, configure and test the StromPi 3 as planned for your use.

Hello thank you for the quick reply sorry i didnt give much details : am using raspberry pi 4 with mUSB and strompi V3 battery HAT , the problem that i am facing now is that i can't seems to turn on my raspberry with the strompi device mounted. the only way to get my raspbery working is to take strompi and batterie off otherwise it stuck on undless booting loop , tried the recovery mode and installing new os but the same problem occurs .
is there a way to factory reset strompi so i can start fresh ?

Yes, you can factory reset the StromPi 3 by rewriting the firmware.
